Supply Chain Leader - Precision Instrument

Operating within Precision Instruments & Measurement Technology industry with markets such as industrial, laboratory, and manufacturing applications, our client is currently looking for a Supply Chain (team leader) to lead and optimize logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, importation, warehousing, and distribution of precision instruments.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Lead and guide the supply chain team in daily operational activities and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal SOPs.
• Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related/equivalent field.
• Possession of a PPJK license is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, promote, and uphold administrative initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality.
• Proactive interaction with management and staff at all levels of the organization to resolve administrative issues.
• Well-developed computer literacy skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite.
