* Job Description:
*** Implement and maintain processes required for ISO 13485 and CPAKB.
* Create QC regulations.
* Able to audit & vendor assessment capabilities.
* Monitoring IQC/IPQC/OQC activities.
* Develop quality plan.
* Understand sampling plan according to product characteristics.
* Create document requirements for making NIE.
* Conduct product testing to the required Laboratory Institution according to requirements.
* Maintain and ensure 5S runs in every production.
** Candidate
Qualifications:
*** D3 or S1 education.
* Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
* Thorough and detail-oriented.
* Familiar with products and market preferences.
* Critical thinking skills
* Problem solving.
* Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.
