Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
Providing leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Effectively communicating with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
Participating in the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness
Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that support the restaurant's growth and profitability
What we're looking forProven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Proficient in financial management, including budget planning, cost control, and profit and loss analysis
Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
