Responsible in ensuring and monitoring the operational activity to work smoothly, accurately, and in accordance with operational targets that are set to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency.

• Ensure your team understands operational procedures, implements them effectively, and achieves set goals.
• Optimize the allocation of manpower, equipment, and space to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to safety and resilience protocols (S&R).
• Coordinate with internal departments (People Function, S&R, IT) and external partners (Trucking, Security) to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Generate accurate and timely reports, including performance metrics, inventory levels, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency (minimum 4 per year).
• Assist team members as needed and contribute to achieving 100% customer KPI satisfaction.

• Minimum D3/D4 in all majors.
• At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse Operation, preferably from Logistics.
• Skilled in SAP; experience with WMS is preferred.
• Competent in computer literation and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Basic knowledge of Good Warehouse Practice.
• Basic knowledge of Safety Management in Warehouse Operation.
• Willing to be placed at Bekasi area.
