Oversee GMP, Safety, and Halal compliance across internal and external warehouse operations in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Accountability

Warehouse Compliance:
Ensure the implementation of GMP, EHS, Halal, and warehouse procedures.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure external warehouse operations comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Warehouse Operations:

Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

Inventory Management:
Manage warehouse capacity, stock accuracy, and inventory reconciliation.

Quality & Audit:

Monitor CAPA implementation, ensure audit readiness, and follow up on audit findings.

Reporting:
Prepare periodic warehouse activity reports, including cycle counts, temperature monitoring, and pest control activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a Professional Pharmacist Degree (Apoteker)

Have experience as a Responsible Pharmacist

Have good communication skills to build relationships with all stakeholders

Have a good command of computers.
