Independently manage a diverse portfolio of clients Complete a range of accounting, and ad-hoc tasks Lead and participate in client meetings as necessary Provide mentorship to staff and trainees as appropriate Contribute to develop strong client relationships Oversee staff work planning, training, and development Collaborate with various in-house departments as needed

Qualifications and Skills:
