Audit and Accounts Manager Job Overview Lead and manage a varied portfolio of audit and accounts clients across multiple sectors. Plan, execute, and finalise audit and accounts assignments in line with UK auditing and accounting standards. Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members, contributing to their ongoing development. Review audit and accounts work, ensuring technical accuracy and high-quality deliverables. Attend client and prospect meetings, building strong, trusted relationships as a key adviser.

Work collaboratively with directors and internal departments to deliver an exceptional client experience. Contribute to business development activities and support the firm's strategic growth initiatives. Assist directors with ad-hoc advisory assignments and special projects. Job Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent). Ideally 5 years' audit and accounts experience within a UK accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Proactive, client-focused, and confident in managing client relationships. Full UK driving licence required. Audit and Accounts Manager Salary & Benefits Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience. 35-hour working week with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
