MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a FMCG organisation based in Belfast as they seek to recruit a Trainee Accountant on a full time, permanent basis.

The Company:

Our client is an NI Top 100 company in Belfast and have multiple offices and sites across NI, ROI and Europe. They have a range of business units that provide multiple services and products to their global customers base. Now is a great time to be joining the company as they look to add a Commercial Accountant to one of their business units.

Your New Job:

Reporting to the Trainee Accountant specific duties include:

• Support the Management Accountant in all areas
• Assist with the preparation of key outputs
• Assist with ensuring the monthly management accounts are prepared
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the forecasting and budgeting processes
• Other job duties outlined on the job description

The Person:

• Degree level education or AAT/ Part Qualified
• Commitment to join one of the professional bodies within 3 months of joining
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
