Associate Director – Audit & Accounting

This is an exciting & newly created position within the firm’s audit & accounting senior leadership team. This is a career defining move for an experienced audit & accounting professional. Working closely with the firm’s engaging senior leadership team, you will be involved across the following areas:

• Working collaboratively with multiple service lines to ensure excellent client service is provided.
• Overseeing the distribution of resources & staff for client projects.
• Ensuring the effective planning & delivery of audit work.
• Contributing to the firm’s strategic growth plans.
• Contributing to firm’s business development initiatives, including the bids & tender processes for audit work.
• Overseeing junior members of the team, reviewing work where appropriate & providing mentorship.
• Collaborating with other senior team members on advisory projects for clients.

Our client is looking for an ambitious & experienced professional who possesses the following attributes:

• ACA or ACCA qualified accountant.
• Strong experience in a similar role.
