Property Support Executive - Belfast

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business and play a key role in supporting property operations and delivering exceptional tenant service.
Location: Belfast (Office Based)
Salary: £35k per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.15pm
Employment Type: Permanent
About the RoleThe Property Support Executive is a vital member of the property management team, providing both administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of property-related processes. You will assist with tenant relations, maintain property records, coordinate maintenance requests, and support wider property management activities to enhance tenant satisfaction and overall property performance.
Key Responsibilities- Tenant Relations
🔹 Act as the first point of contact for tenants, handling queries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally.
🔹 Facilitate effective communication between tenants and the property management team to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Administrative Support
🔹 Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including leases, tenant information, and maintenance logs.
🔹 Prepare and distribute documentation such as newsletters, reports, and property updates.
🔹 Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports, including tracking property-related expenditure. - Maintenance Coordination
🔹 Log and coordinate tenant maintenance requests, liaising with service providers for timely completion.
🔹 Monitor ongoing works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
🔹 Maintain schedules for routine inspections and planned maintenance. - Contractor & Vendor Management
🔹 Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure services are completed on schedule.
🔹 Assist in managing contracts, performance reviews, and maintaining contractor records.
- A degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent.
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
