Sales Adminstrator

VANRATH is partnering with an established and growing organisation within the events and travel sector to recruit a Sales Administrator for their Belfast office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a busy sales function while delivering a high standard of customer service.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team through administration, coordination and client support, helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• Maintaining accurate client records, databases and internal systems
• Providing administrative support to the sales team
• Researching and sourcing components for bespoke client solutions
• Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining strong working relationships
• Supporting marketing activity and contributing to process improvements
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Representing the business professionally when required

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities
• Comfortable supporting sales processes and working with multiple stakeholders
• A proactive team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
• An interest in events, travel or live experiences would be advantageous
