The Role:

Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors Prepare, type, and format contracts, completion statements, letters, and property forms Manage diaries, appointments, and client communication via telephone, email, and in person Open, update, and close files using the firm's case management system Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems Support billing, timesheets, and general office administration

The Person - What We're Looking For At least 1 years Administration experience in a professional services environment Strong typing and document production skills Excellent communication and client care skills Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload and competing deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office The Reward - What's in it for You?
