Fund Ready – Practical support to write and submit funding applications and access to our grant funding database with up-to-date information on all the latest funding opportunities.
Impact Ready – Online software and consulting services that simplify the evaluation process and make impact measurement easier.
Accounts Ready – Sector‑specific accounting service for the third sector and not-for‑profit organisations.
S3 Consulting – Feasibility study, strategic planning, business case and master planning services.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management of a portfolio of clients on a monthly retained basis and/or a portfolio of client projects.
  • Attend clients’ planning meetings with line managers to identify needs/priorities and put in place a client work plan focused on key priorities and actions.
  • Assist with high levels of engagement and communication with clients, including face‑to‑face meetings, e‑mails and telephone calls.
  • Assist with the provision of a high‑quality customer experience for all clients.
  • Report directly to line manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide regular update reports on work completed for client portfolios.
  • Perform administration tasks based upon the needs of clients.
  • Support client advisors, consultants, etc. with consultation, desk research and report writing where applicable.
  • Work as part of a team to assist with deadlines and large workloads.
  • Manage time efficiently and effectively, especially with regard to work‑based deadlines.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities at all times in compliance with S3 Solutions policies.
  • Undertake duties that can reasonably be expected to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of S3 Solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Recognised Degree – any subject.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
  • A self‑motivating approach to work, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to keep accurate records and accounts using both manual and computerised systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
  • Driving licence with access to a car for travelling.
  • One year’ experience within a relevant fundraising, business management, sports development or community development environment – either in a work or voluntary capacity.
  • Experience preparing and submitting funding applications.
  • Experience working with third‑sector organisations including sports clubs, charities and social enterprises.
  • Understanding and experience of strategic planning and facility development.
