We seek an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Estimator with 3‑4 years of postgraduate experience in fit‑out/construction. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to join a forward‑thinking team where your skills and ideas will be valued.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand scope and requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to assess conditions and gather information.
• Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed take‑offs, cost breakdowns, and pricing documents.
• Identify potential risks, VE opportunities, and cost‑saving options.
• Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and client presentations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and construction methods.
• Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure estimates align with project execution.

• 3‑4 years of postgraduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, estimating, and contract administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard software such as Evaluate & Procore.
• Strong communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
