Essentially, your job will be to make sure that projects are commercially well-managed from tender to final account , ensuring costs are accurate, budgets are protected, and clients stay happy. Should you apply? We think candidates with Quantity Surveying experience within the construction, fit-out, or contracting industry should apply. After conversations with the hiring manager, if you have a degree in QS (or a construction-related discipline) and hands-on commercial management experience across multiple sectors, youll have a strong chance of being shortlisted.
