Quantity Surveying Graduates CSR are recruiting for Construction Graduates of ! We are currently recruiting for some of Northern Ireland's leading Construction Contractors. We would like to hear from Construction Graduates who are interested in developing their career in the following disciplines:
Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Private Housing - Belfast Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Contracting - Co. Antrim Graduate Quantity Surveyors - Residential - Co. Down Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering - County Antrim As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor helping oversee the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
Monitor profit and loss and compiling reports to show progress and identify risks. Attend meetings with commercial managers, Senior QS and contractors/ subcontractors and advise on any issues that may arise. Record and monitor variations on the contract. Cost forecasting. Taking measurements. Successful candidate:
To be considered for this role you must be a graduate or, graduating this year with a degree in Quantity Surveying with commercial management or related subject. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and improve effective internal and external relationships. Full clean driving license.
