Top Tier Contractor, Large-Scale Projects, Excellent Career Progression Your new company A leading civil engineering and building contractor, based in Belfast, currently requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Civils Division. This Top Tier Contactor has built an enviable reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to a strong order book for 2026, they now require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Civils Division in Belfast.

Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide essential commercial and contract support across major engineering schemes, ensuring robust cost control, contractual compliance and high-quality financial reporting. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the Operational Team, you will ensure projects are delivered within budget and programme. What you'll need to succeed You will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction related discipline, and a minimum of 10 years experience delivering building or civil engineering projects.
