Senior Quantity Surveyor

Established Medium Sized Main Contractor. NI Projects. Your new company One of Northern Ireland's most recognisable construction companies is currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Based in Belfast, they have been in operation for over 30 years, and delivered a range of building, fit out, maintenance and refurbishment projects across the province. Due to securing additional projects, they now require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team.

Your new role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial delivery on a range of building and fit-out projects. Working closely with the Operational and Procurement Team, you will oversee the financial performance of projects reporting monthly to the board. Liaising with the client, you will ensure the contract is adhered to, minimising risk to the business.

What you'll need to succeed You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline, with a min of 8 years' experience. You will have a background in building or fit-out work, clearly demonstrating delivering projects as the lead Quantity Surveyor.
