Graphic Designer

THE EMPLOYER IS: ALL THE WAY CREATIVE LTDWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our projects and campaigns over a six-month period. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports both online and offline communications.

• Design graphics for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and presentations.
• Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines.
• Support with design needs for events and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring concepts and campaigns to life.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital distribution.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools such as Canva or Figma.
• A keen eye for typography, colour, layout and detail, with the ability to produce visually engaging and on-brand designs.
• Experience creating assets for both digital and print, including social media graphics, brochures, and event collateral.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working closely with marketing teams and stakeholders.
• An understanding of current design trends and the ability to adapt style for different campaigns and audiences.
