Junior Digital Graphic Designer

THE EMPLOYER IS: INNOVAFLEX LTDWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in digital design. The successful candidate will assist in creating digital graphics, supporting marketing campaigns, and developing essential design skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

We are offering hands-on-training and mentoring from supportive, experienced designers, while building a professional portfolio and gaining real-world experience. We are also providing support for the following: product training, communication training, marketing materials and CRM training.

• Assist in creating digital graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other online platforms.
• Support the design team in producing visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Learn to use design software and tools to create professional-quality graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver engaging visual content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
• Help with simple editing, formatting, and preparing graphics for digital use.

• Interest in graphic design and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Creativity and attention to visual detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and develop professional skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions from senior designers.
