MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a software company based in Belfast who are seeking to recruit a Brand and Marketing Designer to join their growing team and create visually engaging designs across digital, print and motion platforms while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

You will create high‑quality visual and video content that aligns with and enhances the brand identity combining strong design fundamentals with creativity, technical skill, and excellent organisational abilities to successfully manage multiple projects. You will be responsible for producing engaging, visually striking content that connects with and appeals to the target audience.

• Design engaging visuals across digital, motion, and print platforms
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects that meet requirements and brand standards
• Support marketing initiatives through consistent, high‑quality design and idea development
• Contribute to brainstorming and visualise concepts for new marketing opportunities
• Create and maintain brand‑consistent assets, ensuring adherence to guidelines
• Produce print‑ready and web‑optimised designs, including social media graphics, website assets, brochures, posters, and landing pages
• Develop internal branded materials such as email footers and business cards
• Review and refine work to ensure accuracy, quality, and visual excellence

• Degree (or equivalent) in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of multimedia projects
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software
• Experience in video, animation, and photography is an advantage
• Solid understanding of UX, digital design best practices, and core design principles
• Knowledge of animation, audiovisual editing, and interactive multimedia development
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
