Customer Service Advisor – Clanmil Housing Association

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our Service Centre Team for a temporary maternity cover of 9–12 months. This role is 37 hours per week with a salary of £24,242.40 per annum (under review).

• Provide outstanding service to all current and potential customers contacting Clanmil through various communication channels.
• Promote and support digital channels wherever possible.
• Operate within a dynamic, responsive, and fast‑paced environment.

• Minimum of one year’s experience handling a high volume of customer queries in a front‑line customer service role such as a call/service centre or retail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
