We are expanding and have opportunities for a Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to support our growing network of dental practices in and around the Belfast area.

We are part of a well-established dental group with over 100+ surgeries across 35 practices throughout Northern Ireland and the North West of England. We offer a full range of treatments, including general dentistry, aligners, implants, restorative dentistry, and NHS services.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting patients throughout their dental journey and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.

This position will initially start on a zero-hour contract
, with the potential to progress into a permanent role if desired
.

Full-time or part-time hours are available, and final arrangements will be discussed at the interview stage.

Working hours will fall between 8:00am and 7:00pm.

• Appointment & Reception Management: Greeting patients, booking appointments, and supporting daily reception duties.

• Admin & Record Keeping: Managing patient records, responding to enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day practice operations.

• Treatment Coordination: Supporting patients through treatment consultations, explaining options, and helping with payment or finance applications.

• Financial Processes: Assisting with deposits, private treatment payments, and finance systems.

• Practice Support: Supporting marketing activities, promotions, open days, and working closely with clinical and administrative teams.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year working in a dental practice (Dental Nursing experience is a bonus but not essential).

  Comfortable using dental or medical software systems and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge: Understanding of treatments such as implants, cosmetic dentistry, and aligners is desirable.
