Engineering Team Lead

A growing AI-driven SaaS company is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to lead delivery and technical direction while remaining hands-on. This role suits a senior engineer or Dev Ops lead ready to step into people leadership. As an Engineering Lead, youll lead a small cross-functional team, own technical delivery, and work closely with senior stakeholders to scale a secure, high-quality platform.

Responsibilities Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable software Remain hands-on with complex technical work and code reviews Manage, mentor, and develop engineers Own sprint planning, backlogs, and agile delivery Ensure strong AWS infrastructure and Dev Ops practices Support AI, automation, and CI/CD initiatives Embed security best practices and compliance standards

What Were Looking For 8-10 years engineering experience; 2 years in a leadership role Strong AWS, Dev Ops, and cloud-native experience Proficient in Java and Python

Experience with agile delivery and SaaS products Understanding of AI, MLOps, and automation Strong communication and stakeholder skills Comfortable supporting US-based customers Nice to have:
