Senior Structural Engineer

Access Talent Group are currently working one of Northern Ireland’s biggest Civil & Structural multi-national consultancies who are looking to bring on a Senior Structural Engineer to their Belfast office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to come into one of the country’s biggest consultancies where you will have a fantastic pipeline of projects – ranging from large-scale commercial and residential builds to educational and healthcare. No two days will be the same! Our client is also heavily focused on CPD, so there are lots of paths for development and to grow your career!

This position is a permanent role, so job security is guaranteed! You will hit the ground running and get started straight away on these variety of projects. This role is available for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be a great people-person, a multi-tasker and have the relevant technical experience and be outgoing.

• You must be a 7+ years Structural or Senior Structural Engineer, graduated with a relative Civil or Structural Degree, with those 7+ years being on Irish projects post grad
• Chartered or working towards
• Experience leading commercial, residential and retail projects
• Experience in the relative software is desirable (Revit and AutoCAD)

As well as receiving a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution of 5%, 24 days annual leave, an annual company bonus based on personal performance (usually based on profits and works out at 3-5% of your salary), and bi annual performance reviews!
