Job Summary
2026 Mechanical Engineering Graduate at Thales Belfast. Start date 07 September 2026. Salary £34,000 per annum. Permanent role.
ResponsibilitiesAs part of the 3‑year Graduate Programme you will design and develop engineering solutions, collaborate across business units, receive mentorship, and in Year 3 rotate to experience different parts of the engineering lifecycle.
Requirements- BEng or MEng in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Product Design Engineering, or a related STEM subject.
- Permanent right to work in the UK.
- SC security clearance required before commencing.
- 201 days annual leave plus company day and bank holidays.
- Company pension, health care, life insurance, discount portal.
- Performance‑related pay uplifts and 80 hours volunteering (first two years).
Applications close 5 January 2026 11:59 pm. Assessment centres February‑May 2026. Induction week 07 September‑11 September 2026.
Security ClearanceSC clearance mandatory before commencing. You will maintain full SC clearance throughout employment, confirmed by UKSV requirements.
