Your new role You will take ownership of electrical and mechanical project delivery across major schemes in the Institutional Residential and Industrial sectors in the UK. Travel will be required once a month for site visits - all trips are same-day with no overnight stays .
Key Responsibilities Lead electrical and mechanical project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and client requirements. Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource plans. Communicate directly with clients, project teams, and outsourced delivery partners. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee technical reviews, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
Monitor financial performance, WIP management, and reporting on project progress. What you'll need to succeed Electrical trades qualification and/or Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services. Proven experience (4 years) in electrical project management or contracts management within the building services industry. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. Comfortable in a client-facing role with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in project planning, financial management, and resource allocation. Familiarity with major digital engineering tools (CAD/Revit, Amtech) and BIM environments.
