Equity Derivative SPV Trade Support - Vice President

In this senior level role you will provide analytical and administrative support to front office sales and trading, focusing on derivatives and securities transactions – especially structured products and SPVs.
You will maintain position records, support trade capture management, reconcile front‑to‑back activities, identify operational risk, and contribute to process improvement.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading around derivatives and securities transactions, with focus on Structured Products and SPVs.
- Understand the lifecycle for Structured Products and SPVs, including issuance, coupons and maturities.
- Work with the Trading Desk to calculate, process and maintain position records.
- Support trade capture management, front‑to‑back reconciliation, trade confirmation and settlement forecasts.
- Contribute to delivery of end results and formulation of procedures/process improvement.
- Develop new techniques for the trade life cycle and improve processes and workflows.
- Participate in bank change projects, offer advanced solutions and resolve complex trade flow problems.
- Identify control deficiencies, resolve issues and report control gaps to senior management.
- Assess risk appropriately, demonstrating consideration for Citi’s reputation and compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Significant relevant experience in a related role.
- Experience with Structured Notes and/or SPVs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and intermediate problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent experience.
