Paraplanner - Virtual Bridges (Belfast)

Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting a Paraplanner for our Belfast client. Applicants must have worked for a financial services company and have direct experience in this field.

• Provide administration support to financial advisors.
• Organise client files for meetings, prepare valuations and product research.
• Submit new business applications and monitor through to completion.
• Process pension transfers and replacement business.
• Accurately input data onto systems; maintain and ensure completeness of client files for compliance.
• Prepare draft suitability reports for clients.
• Liaise with clients and professional bodies.
• Manage/update business pipeline and all client files.
• Organise appointment diary and advisor meetings.
• General administrative duties.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and ongoing compliance and anti‑money laundering requirements.

• At least 3 years working within a financial advisor/wealth management practice.
• Knowledge of investments, pensions and protection products.
• Achieved or working towards Diploma level Financial Services qualifications.
