Dalriada Together is part of Dalriada Trustees Limited (Dalriada), a leading independent trustee. Within the Together model we work closely with our colleagues within the Together team. The Team consists of Trustees, administrators, client managers and actuaries.

We are looking for an experienced pensions professional with a strong actuarial background to support the actuarial aspects of our Dalriada.

Together service. This is a key role within the team, assisting in delivering high-quality actuarial services, maintaining technical standards, maintaining Mantle and Mantle queries, and supporting the integration of actuarial and investment processes across our client base.

You will work closely with the actuarial lead and wider team to ensure accurate actuarial delivery for all Dalriada.

Together schemes, contribute to compliance with contractual obligations, and provide strategic input on actuarial matters. The role also involves supporting the investment team, actuarial involvement in Mantle installations, and providing technical guidance for both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

• Assist in delivering all actuarial work for Dalriada.
  
  Together clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.
• Support the maintenance of actuarial services and processes in line with Dalriada standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to house views on actuarial matters and help ensure consistency across the team.
• Support the Dalriada investment team on actuarial aspects of strategy and decision‑making.
• Assist in actuarily signing off Mantle installations and ensure actuarial integrity in system setup.
• Liaise with external actuaries, investment consultants, and fiduciary managers as required.
• Help maintain Mantle for actuarial matters, including asset feeds and configuration.
• Handle and resolve Mantle superuser actuarial queries.
• Support training and guidance to external Mantle users on actuarial functionality.
• Attend client meetings and new business pitches when required to provide actuarial input.
• Support ad hoc technical projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Keep up to date on technical developments and regulatory changes.

• Participate in tender activity and pitches for new business as required.
• Contribute to marketing collateral and thought leadership on actuarial topics.
• Help build and maintain a network of professional contacts to support business development.

• Attend technical and business skills training as required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an actuarial role within pensions.
• Strong technical understanding of DB pension schemes, legislation, and compliance.
• Familiarity with working on Mantle for actuarial matters.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
