Up to £30,000 salary, plus bonus potential East Belfast location with free parking Must have experience in banking, financial services administration, or mortgages/pensions administration
The Role:
* Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners in day-to-day tasks
* Assist with client onboarding, document preparation, and product applications
* Manage and update client records using internal systems and CRM software
* Process and track new business applications for pensions, investments, mortgages, and life insurance
* Prepare client reports, investment valuations, and other financial documents as required
* Handle client inquiries and provide updates on the status of their applications or financial matters
* Assist with accounting and billing for clients, including fee statements and payment processing
* Liaise with product providers, insurers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
* Provide general administrative support, including managing diaries and handling incoming communications
The Person - What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in banking, financial services administration, mortgage administration, or pensions administration is required
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* IT proficient with experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
* Previous experience in an IFA environment is desirable but not essential, an understanding of IFA's is required
