The Role As Financial Controller, you will be the key point of contact for all financial matters in the UK business and a core member of the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the UK Managing Director and working closely with the UK Group CFO, you will:
Lead all aspects of financial control, reporting, and planning Drive process improvement and strengthen financial governance Support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives Collaborate with Group finance leaders as the business transitions to a UK Shared Service Centre model What We’re Looking For Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within engineering, consultancy, or project-based environments Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset What’s on Offer A strategic leadership role with real influence Hybrid working and flexibility Opportunity to shape the future of finance in a growing international business Competitive salary and benefits package For more detail please hit apply!
