Description
We are hiring for our client, a leading financial planning firm, who are seeking a Financial Adviser to join their expanding Belfast team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early‑career adviser to provide holistic financial advice to an established client bank, with full administrative and compliance support.
As a Financial Adviser, you will deliver tailored financial planning solutions across pensions, investments, and protection, while maintaining high compliance and service standards in line with The Openwork Partnership framework.
This position offers a supportive environment with access to a loyal client base, excellent back‑office infrastructure, and strong long‑term progression opportunities.

- Manage an existing client portfolio, conducting annual reviews and maintaining strong client relationships
- Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, and protection products
- Identify new business opportunities and referral potential within the client base
- Ensure all advice is compliant, well‑documented, and aligned with Consumer Duty principles
- Collaborate with central administration teams to ensure efficient case management
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to firm‑wide goals and objectives
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential
- Minimum 18 months experience delivering regulated financial advice
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation, and protection
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Organised, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding client service
- Experience with in The Openwork Partnership – desirable but not essential
- £35,000 per annum base salary
- Performance‑based bonus linked to advice quality and activity
