Description

We are hiring for our client, a leading financial planning firm, who are seeking a Financial Adviser to join their expanding Belfast team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early‑career adviser to provide holistic financial advice to an established client bank, with full administrative and compliance support.

As a Financial Adviser, you will deliver tailored financial planning solutions across pensions, investments, and protection, while maintaining high compliance and service standards in line with The Openwork Partnership framework.

  • The Role
    • Provide regulated financial advice in line with The Openwork Partnership and company standards
    • Manage an existing client portfolio, conducting annual reviews and maintaining strong client relationships
    • Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, and protection products
    • Identify new business opportunities and referral potential within the client base
    • Ensure all advice is compliant, well‑documented, and aligned with Consumer Duty principles
    • Collaborate with central administration teams to ensure efficient case management
    • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to firm‑wide goals and objectives
    The Person
    • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential
    • Minimum 18 months experience delivering regulated financial advice
    • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation, and protection
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
    • Organised, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding client service
    • Experience with in The Openwork Partnership – desirable but not essential
