We are hiring for our client, a well-established wealth management firm, who are seeking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to join their growing Belfast-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to play a vital support role within a busy and professional financial planning environment.

As Financial Services Administrator, you’ll work closely with financial advisers and paraplanners to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of client servicing, documentation, and day-to-day account management.

    The Role
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the financial planning team
    • Manage and update client records and financial documentation
    • Prepare reports, valuation summaries, and meeting packs for client reviews
    • Process new business applications, withdrawals, and other transactions
    • Liaise with providers to follow up on policy information and progress updates
    • Monitor client pipelines and support the implementation of advice recommendations
    • Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met across all files
    • Respond to client enquiries by phone, email, and in person with a professional and friendly approach
    • Support internal projects and process improvements as required
    The Person
    • Previous experience in an administrative role within a financial services or regulated environment preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
    • Highly organised and confident managing workloads and deadlines
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with client databases or CRM systems
    • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
    • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced professional setting
