This is your chance to lead transformative finance initiatives  part of our Finance Transformation team, you’ll help clients build agile, business-focused finance functions that deliver real value. You’ll work across a range of service offerings—from agile finance and performance management to global business services and digital finance strategy—helping clients navigate change and unlock new opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver finance transformation engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
• Act as a subject matter expert on finance operations, technologies, and trends.
• Manage and mentor diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative thinking to client challenges.

Skills and attributes for Success

• Strong understanding of finance operations, reporting, and transformation technologies.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence C-suite decisions.
• Experience leading full lifecycle transformation projects.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to deliver practical, sustainable solutions to complex problems.

Ideally, You’ll also have

• Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, PMP or Prince
  2.
• Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments.
• Familiarity with analytics, automation, and digital finance tools.
