An established and growing organisation is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their busy finance and payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes while developing their expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple pay frequencies Maintain professionalism when liaising with clients, colleagues, and external partners Take responsibility for your work, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Often:
Process starters, leavers, and salary adjustments, including statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.) Manage pension auto-enrolment and ensure compliance with reporting requirements Prepare and submit payroll reports, P45s, P60s, and year-end documentation Handle payroll queries promptly and professionally Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Occasionally:
Support with ad hoc payments and BACS submissions Assist with payroll-related projects or process improvements Provide administrative support to the wider finance function when required Never:
