As Assistant Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and assist with the preparation of management accounts and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

• Performing variance analysis and reporting on key business metrics

• Processing journals and maintaining general ledger entries

• Managing key elements of month-end and year-end close

• Working across departments to support financial decision-making

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a busy finance function:

• Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or fully qualified Accounting Technician

• 2+ years' experience in an accounting or finance support role

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting

• Experience preparing accounts to trial balance

• Strong Excel and systems skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
