What

You'll Be Doing

• Managing and reviewing a varied portfolio of private client tax compliance work
• Reviewing complex Self-Assessment Tax Returns and ensuring technical accuracy
• Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
• Identifying planning opportunities and supporting wider advisory projects
• Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Supporting senior leadership on technical and strategic assignments
• Assisting with business development initiatives and client growth opportunities
• Managing billing processes and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Private Client Tax within a professional services environment
• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance
• Experience reviewing complex Self-Assessment Tax Returns
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and budgets
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Confidence building relationships across all levels of an organisation
• Ability to identify risks and elevate appropriately when required

Qualifications

One of the following is preferred:

• CTA Qualified
• ATT, ACA, CA or ACCA qualified with relevant tax experience
• Demonstrable management experience within a Private Client Tax environment
