• Build your business empire of clients and candidates and forge strong, trusting relationships.
• Gain an understanding of your client's and candidate's needs, offer a truly consultative service, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
• Manage the whole recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly; schedule interviews, negotiate offers, post adverts, and perform the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.

Our role will offer you the opportunity to build and cultivate your own IT market. You will be given the responsibility to grow your IT market within Reperio, autonomy to manage your own tasks and responsibilities, and ultimately, significant rewards for the hard work and dedication you put in.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role (minimum 6 months).
• Highly motivated and thrive under pressure.
• Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communicator who can present to various levels of stakeholders.
