We are urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working with people, and wants to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the full recruitmentآلة lifecycle
- Sourcing, screening and registering candidates
- Filling urgent and high-volume bookings
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Handling compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding
- Managing timesheets and candidate queries
- Matching candidates to suitable roles quickly and efficiently
- Previous recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in temp recruitment
