• Support our recruitment efforts by screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews.
• Provide day-to-day operational HR support to managers and employees locally.
• Support with any in-person office events as and when requested.
• Engage with candidates through personalized outreach and effectively communicate the company's values and opportunities while creating a great candidate experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information, timely communication, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a hybrid People Operations / HR / Talent role, preferably in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
• Hands‑on experience managing HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
• Hands‑on experience in technical recruitment (R&D, Product, Data/Analytics roles).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, a true people‑person with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through in a constantly changing environment.
• Fluent English — both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Comeet (ATS) — an advantage.
