Execution & Relationship Management – Talent, Management & Engagement
Location: Belfast (Hybrid / 3 days on site)

About the RoleWe’re seeking a strategic, delivery-focused professional to join an Execution & Relationship Management (ERM) team for a leading investment bank.
This role is critical in bringing global Talent, Management & Engagement initiatives to life—ensuring they are executed seamlessly, optimized continuously, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.
You’ll work closely with HR and business leaders to strengthen workforce capability, enhance employee experience, and foster a culture of inclusion and development across functions and geographies. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone recognized as a technical authority within their area.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and coordinate global talent and engagement initiatives across functions, products, and regions
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps, succession needs, and engagement opportunities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of mentorship and cohort-based programs, including communications, participant matching, senior leader engagement, and ongoing support
- Manage program logistics such as kick‑off sessions, speaker scheduling, virtual and in‑person events, and graduation ceremonies
- Design and deliver communication plans and regular updates to councils and senior stakeholders
- Analyze pulse surveys, program evaluations, and engagement metrics; recommend actionable improvements
- Prepare dashboards and reports to highlight progress, impact, and opportunities for optimization
- Maintain accurate records across talent systems, engagement platforms, and SharePoint sites
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business partners on talent, engagement, and capability priorities
- Support vendor relationships, budget tracking, and invoice processing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk standards
- 6–10 years’ experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or related HR disciplines
- Strong consulting mindset with proven project management and stakeholder influence skills
- Proficient in talent technology platforms and data‑driven insights
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage complex deliverables
- Proactive leadership style with motivational skills
- Commercial awareness and good judgment in decision‑making
