Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £90,000

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to own the target architecture and engineering of Dynamics products. This role combines functional expertise with technical understanding
, overseeing internal teams and third-party providers to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards.

• Design and deliver target architecture and roadmaps for Dynamics solutions.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to teams and suppliers.
• Oversee development, proof-of-concepts, and tooling for Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and performant.
• Lead architecture approvals, governance, and platform planning.
• Manage budgets, benefits tracking, and supplier performance.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices across the platform.

• 10 years in IT, including 5 years as a Dynamics/Power Platform Architect.
• Strong all-rounder: functional knowledge with technical expertise.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and Agile delivery.
• Proven leadership of teams and third-party suppliers.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
