Functional EPM / ERP Cloud Consultant

Treliant (Acquired by Huron - 2025) is looking for a dynamic Functional EPM / ERP Cloud Consultant to join our growing European delivery centre in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

As part of our dedicated delivery team, you will deliver transformative EPM and ERP Cloud solutions to prestigious enterprise‑level clients across Europe. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work, cutting‑edge tools, and the support of a leading global firm.

• Solution Design & Implementation:
  Conduct deep‑dive analyses of client requirements through virtual workshops and process mapping sessions, translate business needs into robust, scalable solution designs, configure cloud applications (Oracle EPM/ERP, One Stream, Workday, etc.), build financial models, develop integration workflows, and create sophisticated reports and dashboards.

  Serve as primary point of contact, leading workshops, facilitating project check‑ins, maintaining proactive communication, and becoming a trusted advisor that anticipates and exceeds client needs.
• Project Delivery:
  Manage work streams autonomously, plan and execute projects, deliver high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget, report status, identify risks, resolve issues, and mentor junior team members as appropriate.
• On‑site Engagement:
  Primarily based in Belfast with periodic travel to client sites across Europe for critical milestones, such as kick‑off meetings, design workshops, and go‑live support.

• 2‑10 years of end‑to‑end project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions, covering all phases from requirements to deployment.
• Desirable background in a Big‑4, Accenture, or other top‑tier consulting firm, with knowledge of structured delivery methodologies.
• Hands‑on expertise with leading cloud platforms:
  Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, HFM, FCCS), One Stream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, SCM), Workday Financials, or SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, data modelling, system configuration, and process mapping.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, organized professional with excellent time‑management and proactive communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, able to simplify complex issues and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language (German, French, Spanish, Dutch) is desirable.
