We're searching for an experienced Senior Consultant to take a lead role in delivering complex, technology-enabled change programmes for a range of high-profile clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you'll take ownership of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects that reshape how clients manage procurement, supplier relationships, and risk. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to boardrooms, helping them translate strategy into practical delivery.

You'll be part of a growing team that values insight, creativity, and collaboration. Every project will challenge you to think differently and use your experience to drive measurable change.

• Leading transformation initiatives from design to implementation, ensuring projects deliver real business value.
• Acting as the key link between technology partners and business leaders, helping to align goals and expectations.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple sectors.
• Developing project roadmaps, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring smooth delivery throughout.
• Producing clear reporting and insights that inform decision-making at senior levels.
• Supporting leadership teams in expanding the transformation portfolio and shaping future engagements.

You're a delivery-focused professional with a passion for modernising how businesses operate. You bring experience, energy, and credibility, and you know how to turn complex problems into structured, achievable solutions.

You'll likely have:

• Extensive experience in programme or project delivery.
• Strong exposure to Procurement, Third Party Risk Management, or Finance functions.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or workflow solutions such as SAP, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle, Service Now, or Salesforce.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, confident at all levels.
• A consultative mindset, strong initiative, and a focus on delivering results.

Bonus points if you bring:

• Experience across multiple industries.
• Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, CSM) or process improvement expertise (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or PCI DSS.
