NTT DATA Services seeks an IT Support Engineer to join our team working onsite with a major Financial Services client based in Belfast. The Engineer will provide technical support for hardware and software across the sites, handling all incidents and requests for end‑user computing, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers.

• Review, troubleshoot and approve operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
• Install, maintain and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Perform maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations impacting product performance.
• Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Proficiency in Windows operating system environments; knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be required.
• Strong customer interaction skills.
• A+ Desktop or equivalent certification required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
