Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across a local product house. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise, and who enjoys collaborating closely with product and engineering to turn complex problems into elegant, beautiful solutions.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the overall user experience and influencing product direction through research, insight, and strong design rationale.

What will I be doing?

• Lead end-to-end UX design across multiple products or features, from discovery to delivery
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive experiences
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and synthesise insights
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Define and evolve design systems, patterns, and UX standards
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams
• Advocate for user-centred design principles across the organisation
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence

What do I need?

• 4+ years of experience in UX Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and impact
• Deep understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, and usability best practices
• Proficiency in Figma
