ERP Business Systems Analyst — North Belfast

Hayward Hawk are currently recruiting for an ERP Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and developing our client s ERP and wider business systems. You’ll work across departments to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve overall system efficiency, ensuring their platforms continue to evolve with the needs of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about system improvement, automation, and data integrity, with a strong technical background and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Provide support for ERP and business systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations — working closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify inefficiencies and process gaps, implementing improvements to drive operational excellence.
• Configure, test, and deploy system changes, ensuring data integrity and consistent performance.
• Deliver user training, create support documentation, and promote best practices to improve system adoption and usability.
• Support data reporting, analytics, and BI initiatives in collaboration with the wider technology and data teams.
• Contribute to change management, configuration control, and release planning in line with ITIL principles.

• Experience working with ERP & CRM systems (IFS & Salesforce ideally but not essential)
• Strong understanding of SQL, data structures, and process automation
• A proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in creating user guides and training materials is an advantage
