Occasional travel to client sites My client is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365, Azure, and Power Platform solutions for key clients. You will play a senior technical role within project teams, helping organisations drive digital transformation and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Lead the discovery and translation of customer needs into clear technical requirements. Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Developers to determine optimal solution approaches, including configuration, custom development and third-party integrations. Plan, design, estimate and implement solutions following best practice and established patterns. Continuously develop your technical knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes. Support pre-sales activity, including demos and proof-of-concept development.

Deliver work within established quality frameworks and industry-standard methodologies. Essential Skills & Experience Strong experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform. Experience working within Agile project environments. Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and deliver effective outcomes.
