IT Trainer / Training Specialist - Exclusive

• Provide induction training to new colleagues and deliver upskilling programmes (remote or at-desk) and support the delivery of rollouts for new or updated software or systems.
• Design new courses and programmes to support the firm for assigned projects, including user documentation or videos to support induction or upskilling programmes.
• Maintain the LMS and keep up with existing technologies in use and learn new systems or improvements to current software along with security, legal and software updates.
• Contribute ideas to initiatives and innovations and improvement of documented processes.
• Analyse the quality and effectiveness of training to support the business.
• Help the IT Service Desk resolve queries logged to the training team.

• Experience as an IT Trainer, ideally within a legal or professional service environment.
• Demonstrate team collaboration and excellent written and verbal communication skills and flex tone to suit an audience.
• Present excellent relationship building skills with people at all levels.
• Have a flexible, customer‑focused approach and take the initiative when resolving issues.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experienced in the development of training courses and support materials.
• It is an advantage if you can demonstrate experience using these systems: DMS (e.g. iManage/Work Site), MSTeams, M365, Copilot (or delivery of AI initiatives), Windows 10/Windows 11, time recording systems (e.g. Intapp Time), Inter Action, Mimecast or video editing software (e.g. Camtasia or Captivate).
• It will align with people who have similar titles to IT training specialist, technology trainer, system trainer, user engagement specialist and L&D (IT) trainer.
